What's Involved?
Workshops + Workplace Learning
Learners develop their capability through a blend of expert-led workshops and practical workplace learning. Each module is designed to help participants apply new concepts immediately in their own role, building confidence in AI, automation and operational improvement.
Portfolio of Evidence
Throughout the programme, learners build a portfolio showing how they have applied knowledge, skills and behaviours in the workplace. Evidence may include workflow maps, automation designs, training materials, compliance documentation, project outcomes, reflections and other relevant business outputs.
Project Build
A core element of the programme is designing and delivering a practical workplace solution. Learners integrate data, workflows and AI tools into a project that demonstrates measurable business value, safe implementation and sustainable operational improvement.
