This highly participative 2 day workshop will take teams of participants through the components that make up corporate culture as well as run a diagnostic on their own corporate culture using key internal documents.

Participants will look at some of the best and worst corporate cultures in the external environment to gain an understanding of the effective strategies and learn to avoid the common pitfalls.

Additionally, participants will work to gain a consensus on how they feel the corporate culture should look and ultimately produce a logical step-by-step plan on how to get it there and keep it there.
